Alternative Christmas Giving

Christmas gifts for family members, friends or co-workers can be hard to find! An alternative that will be meaningful throughout the year is a donation to one of several Mission ministries of First United Methodist Plano.

Donations of all amounts are accepted. When making an online gift, select "FUMC Plano Missions" in the drop-down menu then denote the specific mission (see below) in the "optional memo" space. If giving to more than one mission, simply click on the "add more +" link.

Reach Out Honduras

Reach Out Honduras was founded in 2010 to share Christ’s love in word and deed with the people of La Mosquitia, Honduras. Their primary mission is a Christian middle and high school where we provide a holistic education - loving our neighbors by providing physical, educational, emotional and spiritual care in a safe, educational environment. Their 2019 school year begins in February and will have over 500 students in our various education programs.
