Getting started:

Below are forms to get your meeting, program, activity, or event to come to fruition.

  • Event Request Form: get your event on the calendar and request essential items such as tables, chairs, or audio/visual equipment. Additionally, you can request any communication needs such as publicity through our bi-weekly e-newsletter, Sunday morning announcements, or social media. You can also request graphic design help for print materials or digital images.Our staff is here to help make your event GREAT!   • Video Request: promote your ministry or cover your event with a video. Staff Contact: Ephraim Nitanga

  • Facilities Work Order Request: request work from our Facilities Manager or Yardbirds. Staff Contact: Doug Gray

  • Fundraiser Request: get Finance Committee approval to raise funds for an FUMC Plano mission or ministry. Staff Contact is Nina Davis
