This capital campaign will fund all three focus areas by raising $2,000,000 in three-year commitments. Here's the breakdown:
We will pay off the remaining $742,000 of debt and be debt-free by Christmas, 2025. This will enable us to repurpose the $64,000 of mortgage cost to life-changing ministry annually.
We will fully fund our Permanent Endowment Fund with at least $650,000 by Christmas of 2026, enabling it to generate the highest return available each year. Our goal is a minimum of ~$40,000 annually. The more we fund it, the more it funds our work. These two priorities will generate over $100,000 in savings and income for ministry and mission annually.
The remaining funds raised will be used toward important capital upgrades including new Sanctuary stage lighting and new HVAC and roofing upgrades..
