“It was a lot less painful than I thought it would be. Besides getting through the part where we have to discuss the hard issues, he (Jim) just helped us figure out basically the necessities that we need to focus on and, help us with, with a little step by step...”

-Tae Oh

“It's not something I ever thought I would have needed and I happen to already be pretty familiar with some of the principles, but the overwhelming feeling that I had a year ago when I first started this process is gone.”

-Kim

What do finances have to do with God?

  • God knew the love of money was going to be extremely difficult for people - ex. When you read the Bible, try replacing the word 'idol' with 'money'

  • God wants us to be extraordinarily generous

  • Is there any moment where you are acting more like Jesus than when you joyfully give up something precious (ex. money) to someone else?

  • However, it is difficult to give joyfully when you are feeling stressed about your personal situation

  • It is an indescribable of feeling of peace and freedom when you can help others without stress
