It has two sections, “What is Prayer” and “How to Pray” and the divisions tend to make one think that one section is more than another. But Mayfield gives us plenty of exercises in prayer from the first chapter. You will most definitely be exploring the many ways of prayer and how they work for us. This book opens the many opportunities to become closer to God in all facets of our lives.
