Thanks to the hard work by Alice and Gary Coder and Dr. Carolyn Maurer, our own Wellspring Counseling ministry is now its own 501(c)3, which means they can now receive grant money from sources outside of our church. One of those sources is the annual North Texas Giving Day going on TODAY! I encourage you to participate by giving to Wellspring HERE!

The need for mental health care has always outstripped the availability and affordability in Texas. That need and that gap have become acute during the pandemic. Depression, family violence and suicides have all increased dramatically in the last two years. As one mental health expert said, "There will be PTSD from this pandemic for years after the pandemic is over."

Wellspring remains one of the best kept secrets of ministry that our church provides. A group of professional counselors provide care on site for clients who would otherwise not be able to afford it. By giving today to Wellspring on this North Texas Giving Day, you become a partner with Christ for the healing that Christ seeks in these our sisters and brothers. Thank you for your generosity.
