I was moved by the testimony of formal naval officer and colleague, Rev. Chris Yost. He regularly visits and prays over Covid patients and attending hospital staff twice a week in his mission field of Greenville, Texas. He has witnessed more pain and death in these weeks in that small corner of our world than he did in his years with the U.S. Navy. I share his experience with you here.
Our area Methodist Hospital system reports that 94% of currently hospitalized Covid-19 patients are UNVACCINATED. It is why we require masks in our church building and it is why I urge all to get vaccinated. We love you and all those who love you and work on your behalf. We can do this!
